PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We must receive payment in whole for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and has been dispatched.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible, before accepting your order, if the goods you have ordered are not available. In case the order is processed and the goods are not available we will proceed with the order refund.
PAYMENT
You must pay by debit, credit card or via Paypal at the time of the order in order for us to despatch and ship it. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. Please note ROSA BOGA has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Prices shown on the site are in United States Dollars (USD). All payments will be processed with PayPal or credit card. PayPal charges a commission for each transaction. This cost will not be reflected on your invoice; it will be subtracted from the invoiced amount to the customer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hour after the order confirmation. If you want to cancel your order, you need to notify us in writing at rosabogaofficial@gmail.com within the time spam. Once you have notified us, any sum debited from your credit, debit card or Paypal account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of your order. Since we are committed to getting your items shipped out as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel the order outside the time-frame wrote above.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order. All orders will be shipped after 2 to 6 days after being placed. We take great care in making sure your items are shipped out in the condition presented on our site. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order please check out return policy below.
CONDITION FOR RETURNING GOODS & EXCHANGES
All items are inspected carefully before shipping. Please note that bandage items and other delicate materials used in our garments can be damaged while trying on. We will not be responsible for items damaged after they are worn or tried on by the client. If an item doesn’t feel the correct size please do not force it, otherwise it will damage the item, and we will not be able to accept an exchange on it. Beware we cannot accept return requests on items damaged by the costumer.
- Products that aren’t damaged are non-refundable and can only be exchanged. We advise our customers to follow our size guide specified or email us at rosabogaofficial@gmail.com with any questions before your purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting.
- We ONLY refund an order when the good are damaged. If the order isn’t the right size and fit the client can ONLY request for an exchange.
- Please note we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
- Please enter a description of the reason why you wish to return your item (only if damaged).
- The shipping cost to return or exchange the item must be paid by the costumer. We suggest you insure the package since we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All items must be returned and exchanged in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Final sale items can NOT be returned or exchanged.
- Your new item will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
- All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
- In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of another purchase.
- Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ROSA BOGA as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate, due to this reason, we don’t accept return or exchange due to color displease.
- Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifts can ONLY be exchanged for the same item in a different size.
REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your ROSA BOGA account or future orders being refused.
