ABOUT

THE WORLD OF ROSA BOGA

Rosa Boga is a prêt-à-porter and custom-made womenswear brand defined by vibrant energy, ethereal elegance, and contemporary pieces characterized by structured, geometric silhouettes. The brand is deeply influenced by founder Rosalba Cáceres Bogaert’s background in interior design, which informs her unique approach to form, space, and texture.

Driven by a desire to create new silhouettes and explore the art of moulage, Rosalba blends traditional craftsmanship with innovative textiles, refining her expertise and artistic vision throughout the design process. Each collection draws inspiration from the rich landscapes, flora, and fauna of the Dominican Republic, expressed through carefully selected fabrics such as linen, cotton, and silk.

At the heart of Rosa Boga is a commitment to designing feminine pieces where structure, silhouette, fit, and attention to detail are of the utmost importance — empowering every woman who wears the brand.

In 2025, Rosa Boga expanded its creative universe with the launch of ROSA BOGA HOME, introducing beautifully designed decorative pillows that bring the brand’s aesthetic and design philosophy into the world of interiors.

"There is no better inspiration for a designer than nature — it offers the perfect blend of colors, lines, shapes, and textures. The most divine creation of all, clearly, is nature."

THE FOUNDER

Rosalba Cáceres Bogaert is the creator and founder of Rosa Boga. Born and raised in the Caribbean paradise of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and a Master’s degree in Fashion Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Barcelona.

After graduating in 2015, Rosalba felt a strong pull toward her lifelong passion for fashion design. This led her to move to Barcelona, where she continued her academic journey by completing a Postgraduate degree in Interior Design for Hotels at Elisava University, followed by the realization of a long-held dream: pursuing a Master’s degree in Fashion Design at IED.

In September 2019, Rosalba began creating custom-made pieces for close friends and family. Shortly after, in October 2019, she officially launched Rosa Boga with her debut collection, MIRAGE — marking the beginning of a brand that seamlessly blends structure, femininity, and Caribbean soul.

In March 2020, the brand paused production due to the global pandemic. In June 2021, Rosa Boga reemerged with the creation of its signature piece, The Maria Clara Dress, marking a new chapter for the brand and the continuation of its story.
